Arpeggi Labs opens up its Kits·AI licensed AI-voices platform

We wrote about the launch of Kits·AI by web3 music startup Arpeggi Labs last June. It was a platform for artists to upload clips of their voice and then train AI models to license to fellow musicians. Now that’s expanding and opening up to more vocalists with a program called ‘Kits Earn‘.

It’s still about creating ‘Verified Voice Models’ and then earning royalties from the output – with analytics built in so they can see those earnings coming in. Like other startups in the burgeoning licensed-voice-clones space, Kits is keen to stress its ethical focus, including announcing that it has been certified by the ‘Fairly Trained’ scheme for AI models.

“Kits Earn empowers artists by allowing them to safely share their voices and earn passive income, while Kits creators can be assured that the voices they use are ethically sourced and fairly compensated,” promised co-founder Evan Dhillon.
